Comments Policy
Comments are welcome as a way for visitors to engage, share feedback, and discuss the topics presented. The goal is to encourage thoughtful and respectful dialogue related to the content of each post.
Comments should remain relevant to the article or post. Respectful and constructive communication is expected at all times. Offensive language, harassment, personal attacks, threats, trolling, or spamming are not tolerated and will result in removal.
All comments are moderated. They are reviewed and approved in the order they are received. The moderation queue moves at its own pace, and there are no shortcuts—unless someone wishes to make a symbolic offer of twenty-five thousand Canadian dollars in Bitcoin per comment to move ahead in line. Otherwise, patience is appreciated.
The site owner reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove any comment that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate. Users may also report problematic comments for review.
Promotional links, unrelated advertisements, and spam will be removed. Comments that contain copyrighted material without permission or that disclose personal, sensitive, or confidential information are not allowed.
When leaving a comment, the following information is collected:
- IP address: Collected automatically for security purposes. It is never shared publicly.
- Name: Displayed publicly along with the comment. It does not need to match a legal name.
- Email address: Required for submission but kept private. It is never published, added to mailing lists, or shared with third parties.
Personal information collected during commenting is used only for moderation, spam prevention, and administrative purposes.
Names used in comments do not require verification, and visitors are free to use a name they feel comfortable with. The intent is to create a space where people can engage openly, without unnecessary barriers or identity checks.
Opinions expressed in comments belong solely to the individuals who post them. The site and its owner are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of third-party comments.
Illegal content will be reported when appropriate. While site management operates primarily from Canada, the servers are located in Finland, and applicable Finnish and European Union regulations are followed.
At present, no registration is required to comment. This may change in the future if necessary. CAPTCHA-style measures are in place to prevent spam and automated submissions.
