Request from Authorities

I take privacy and due process seriously. I will not hand over any data just because someone asks for it.

All requests from authorities—whether Canadian, Finnish, or from the European Union—will be reviewed critically and challenged unless they are legally binding and justified.

If a request involves criminal activity or a threat to public safety, I may cooperate without hesitation. Otherwise, I will push back and protect your data.

Unless legally prohibited, I will make reasonable efforts to inform the individual if their data is requested.
